AYA'S WHEAT-FREE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

What makes these peanut butter cookies so special is that they are wheat-free! Yes! My dear baker pal , Aya made these flourless peanut butter cookies for me. They are very peanut buttery and quite rich. My wheat eating family kept stealing them from me - that's how good they are!
Here's how you do it:

Ingredients:
1 cup white sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg

First preheat the oven to 350F.

Combine the ingredients together. Using a teaspoon - spoon out onto a baking tray/cookie sheet.

Press a fork lightly to make criss cross dent marks in the cookie to give it some texture.

Bake in the oven for 8 minutes. When ready let them cool before devouring!

They crumble pretty easily, so be careful when transporting them! You can also spoon a bit of jam on them to make them into PB&J bites!

These look good and easy enough to make for a resigned disastrous-baker.

You asked me about my template. I'm taking pretty large quality photos and then i started an account with Tinypic.com. Through tinypic, you upload your photos and then cut-and-paste the html link for the photographs--instead of uploading them via blogger. You're welcome to email me if this is confusing. Should work really well with your existing template since you don't have columns of text on the side.

Most awesome cookies. My wheat & dairy-eating boyfriend said they were "the bomb." (He resorts to early 90's slang when he's really impressed.)
