Quick and easy spooky ghost
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 yard of muslin fabric
scissors
1 white balloon
black paper
6 inches white string/thread/yarn
double stick tape
HOW TO:
1. Blow up the balloon to full size
2. Fold yard of fabric in half
3. Middle of fold poke small hole with scissors
4. Tie string around balloon mouth and run through hole in fabric
5. Cut spooky face out of black paper and attach with tape
MAKE IT GLOW:
Soak fabric in a laundry detergent solution and air dry
Add a black light bulb and VOILA!
