Corned Beef & Cabbage



1 Package Corned Beef (with seasoning packet)
6 Potatoes
1 Large white onion
1 Bag baby carrots
1/2 cup whole grain mustard
1 Bottle light beer
Slow cooker


Remove corned beef from package, rub with seasoning packet
Cut potatoes in quarters
Slice onion into thick rings
Rub corned beef with the whole grain mustard
Place potato pieces on bottom of slow cooker
Put the corned beef in middle of the slow cooker fat side up
Frame the beef with the baby carrots and onions
Pour beer over mixture

The Cabbage
Cut any remaning stock off a whole cabbage and remove the outer leaves
Slice into 2 inch sections
The last 30 minuts of slow cooking the corned beef place the cabbage in the broth


Cook on high for 8 hours

Enjoy with beautiful people
