EASTER FEASTER

Apologies for lack of recipes lately. I have actually been cooking, but unfortunately not with my camera! Easter was a little while back but feast your eyes on what the girls cook up when the blokes are away!

I roasted chicken with lemon, garlic and tarragon!

I baked this baby with bacon melting on the top!

A cracking bird! The skin was a little "caramelized" dueto cooking in an unfamiliar oven!
