All black/skeletal attire

Cash for drinks and eats
Dress warm if you're going at night, you might catch your death

Be prepared to celebrate the living and the dead with a colorful party of music, art and dancing.
Follow the continuous parade, check out art in the mausoleums and take time remember people you have lost to death.
